We can only reserve an item from stock or place orders for non-stock items with our overseas suppliers once the permit has been approved and the second deposit has been received. This ensures that, should the Burial Authority deny or amend the permit, or if there’s a delay in the second payment, adjustments to the order can be managed appropriately.
